I can’t find any Tartare sauce in the shops that’s free from Rapeseed Oil. I know this doesn’t bother most people but it seems to affect certain members of our family, so I decided to make my own and found it’s even better than the shop bought ones.
This Chocolate or Carob Sponge Cake makes a lovely rich cake for special occasions, Chirstmas, Birthdays or just as a little treat occasionally. If you are avoiding Caffeine, Carob makes a great alternative and tastes just as good.
